Due to increased demand Lexus of Watertown is adding Sales Consultants to our team!

This is a rare and unique opportunity to join our world-class team in our state-of-the-art facility. The right candidates will be enthusiastic individuals to represent Lexus of Watertown with honesty and integrity. Prior Lexus or luxury automotive sales experience is preferred.

Our Sales Consultants are responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling automobiles by performing the following duties:

• Be attentive to customers to provide the best vehicle options to suit their needs.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle and equipment options.
• Complete quotes and explain financing options.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features.
• Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate a life lasting customer relationship.

Requirements:

You must be professional, motivated, a team player, reliable, organized and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
